Membership is open to businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations located within the Capital District, including all counties, towns, and cities in the region. Membership is contingent upon meeting the eligibility criteria outlined by the Capital District Business Alliance.
The annual membership fee is $97 and is non-refundable. It will automatically renew each year, and you may cancel at any time before the renewal date. Fees are subject to change.

The Alliance's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and it is not liable for any damages arising from participation in events, use of resources, or communication with other members. Members participate at their own risk.
These Membership Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Capital District Business Alliance operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, where appropriate, in accordance with the dispute resolution policies of the Capital District Business Alliance.
The Capital District Business Alliance reserves the right to modify or update these Membership Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to members in advance via email or other preferred contact methods. Continued membership after changes to the Terms and Conditions will be deemed acceptance of the modified terms.
Membership is non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or assigned to another individual or business entity. Membership benefits are exclusively available to the member to whom the membership was granted and cannot be used by third parties without prior approval from the Capital District Business Alliance.
